Les fortes surcotes marines et les fortes vagues sont les principaux aléas météo-marins associés aux risques de submersion et d’érosion du littoral camarguais. Sur la période 1993-2002, une forte fréquence mensuelle de très hautes surcotes marégraphiques est généralement associée à une forte fréquence de très hautes vagues. Ces deux phénomènes locaux se produisent principalement lorsqu'une dépression autour du Golfe de Gascogne est associée à des hautes pressions sur l’Europe Centrale. International audience; We present an automatic method for measuring the tone response curve of display devices based on visual methods, where the eye is replaced by an end-user, uncalibrated camera, such as a webcam. Our approach compares a series of halftoned patches of known covering ratio with a continuous series of tone patches for each ratio. Both patches are shot by a camera that is used as a virtual eye to evaluate the luminance difference. By an iterative process, the continuous tone value is adjusted while compared with the perceived level of the halftoned patch. These products generally are toxic, not biodegradable and persisting for long time in the environment, also acting on not-targeted biological systems. Wittgenstein's theories offer the starting point for looking at the socio-political implications of the language spoken by the institutions in the various historical phases: the communication system with which they relate to the outside world is functional in conveying the sense and scope of their action, building a precise relationship with public opinion. Starting from this assumption, the contribution takes into consideration some aspects of the recent practice of the Constitutional Court, with particular regard to press releases, and proposes an interpretation of the communication breakthrough pursued in recent years, relating it to the exercise of the function of warranty.

Our recent data suggest that during auto- and allograft recognition in sponges (Porifera), cytokines are differentially expressed. Since the mitogen-activated protein kinase (MAPK) signal transduction modulates the synthesis and release of cytokines, we intended to identify one key molecule of this pathway. Therefore, a cDNA from the marine sponge Suberites domuncula encoding the MAPK was isolated and analyzed. Its encoded protein is 366 amino acids long (calculated Mr 42 209), has a TGY dual phosphorylation motif in protein kinase subdomain VIII and displays highest overall similarity to the mammalian p38 stress activated protein kinase (SAPK2), one subfamily of MAPKs. Abstract Sponges (phylum Porifera) are the phylogenetic oldest Metazoa still extant. They can be considered as reference animals (Urmetazoa) for the understanding of the evolutionary processes resulting in the creation of Metazoa in general and also for the metazoan gene organization in particular. In the marine sponge Suberites domuncula , genes encoding p38 and JNK kinases contain nine and twelve introns, respectively. Eight introns in both genes share the same positions and the identical phases. One p38 intron slipped for six bases and the JNK gene has three more introns.
